Like most weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family. Today I got to take my youngest daughter to a birthday part at the Young Chefs Academy. I never been there before and though it was pretty cool activity for the kids. They got to learn how to make pizza from scratch. They learned how to measure out ingredients, kneed dough, and make the pizza. I really liked how the instructor emphasized the importance of clean hands.
They also got to decorate their cupcakes while the pizza was baking. At the end, the best part, the kids ate the pizzas they made. They ware oh so good.
